Experience the ultimate in relaxation and deep stretching with our Restoration Bliss Yoga class. This session is designed to promote healing and alleviate stress, incorporating the use of props such as yoga blocks, and blankets. Additionally, we use the soothing aroma of essential oils to help calm your mind and nurture your body. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or simply prefer a slower pace, this class welcomes all.
5:45pM Sound bath (Runs until the 27th of November)
Sound healing (also known as Sound Therapy or Sound Meditation) is comparable to meditation and mindfulness, but with no effort required on behalf of the participant. The sound does the work. Sound Baths are for everyone interested in finding a way to relax, sleep better, destress and declutter the mind.
Clients participate by “lying down, listening and letting go” while a practitioner plays instruments including crystal bowls and gongs. The guest is surrounded by the sounds and vibrations which result in a deep sense of wellbeing and calm.
