Your Wedding Day

Your wedding day is one of the most special celebratory days in your life.

Dromoland Castle offers you many beautiful settings for your wedding or civil service to make it truly yours. There’s the wonderful walled garden with fabulous flowers, manicured lawns, and a lovely rose garden. The light and airy Terrace Room overlooks the castle gardens and brings the outside in. For smaller gatherings there’s the elegant and formal Drawing Room. Dromoland Castle is the backdrop as you walk up a green grass avenue with trees either side to the Mercury temple. The Brian Boru wing houses the medieval Kincora gallery which has a lovely patio area for a relaxing reception. Its impressive staircase is a great grand entrance for the bride and groom. The majestic Brian Boru hall can be configured to personally suit your wedding plans. Its balcony is ideal for champagne and canapés and is also a fabulous vantage point to view of your personally decorated reception.

Margaret Daly, Dromoland Castle’s wedding coordinator, will be delighted to arrange a tour, answer questions and provide any additional information to make your wedding day truly special. Dromoland Castle’s executive chef, David McCann and sommelier Gerald Walsh-Kemmis, will create a marriage made in heaven of food and wine pairings for your wonderful wedding menu.
