Festive Welcome Reception Gather with fellow guests in the glow of the season at our cocktail reception, where sparkling drinks and festive canapés await.
Seasonal Dining Experience Enjoy a sumptuous Christmas Eve dinner in the charming Earl of Thomond Restaurant and Terrace Room, beautifully adorned for the occasion.
Carols by Candlelight Following dinner, be enchanted by a heart-warming performance of traditional Christmas carols—an atmospheric and nostalgic start to your holiday.
Thursday, 25th December
A day of festive indulgence, joyful company, and cherished traditions.
Breakfast at Your Leisure Ease into the day with a relaxed breakfast served from 9:00am, allowing time to soak in the festive surroundings.
Grand Christmas Day Lunch From 1:30pm–3:00pm, delight in a lavish traditional Christmas lunch accompanied by the gentle melodies of our resident pianist
Afternoon at Leisure Stroll the grounds, unwind in a fireside nook, or simply savour the stillness of the season
Evening Buffet Supper Enjoy a beautifully prepared buffet supper in the Gallery, offering a relaxed end to the day.
Evening Entertainment Raise a glass in the Cocktail Bar as our resident ballad singer brings stories and songs to life with rich Irish tradition and festive flair.
