At Dromoland Castle
Dromoland Castle is more than just a work place; it is a family home. Just as a family takes care of all aspects of your wellbeing, at Dromoland we endeavour to do the same.
Accommodation: This may be offered to you as part of your contractual agreement. Living on the Estate has many advantages; it is your home away from home and we want you to be comfortable and relaxed when not at work. Laundry and kitchenette facilities are provided, as are all meals regardless of whether you are on or off duty.
Health & Wellbeing: For team members who live on the Estate, we have a local doctor and dentist on call, should the need arise.
Leisure & Social Wellbeing: Physical fitness and interests outside of work provide essential work/life balance and there are many activities available for you to enjoy – our leisure centre, gym, cycling, yoga/Pilates, water sports, fishing, trips to local tourist attractions, historical places, restaurants and bars, plus social activities ranging from barbecues to parties. There is plenty to do in your time off!
Caring for Others: We are involved in many community and charity events, from local schools to fundraising and supporting charities. We invite you to get involved in these voluntary activities and help people less fortunate than ourselves.
