JJ Corry & Dromoland Castle Collaboration
We are thrilled to have collaborated with our Cooraclare friends and neighbours, whiskey bonders JJ Corry, guests can now enjoy a bottle of the finest single malt and single cask Irish whiskey bonded in this very unique location along the Wild Atlantic Way. Irish whiskey bonding is the practice of sourcing whiskey from third party Irish distilleries before maturing it on-site and then finishing or blending it to create unique stand-alone whiskeys. The JJ Corry, Dromoland Castle Blend is a unique 17-year-old single cask single malt and can be enjoyed from the comfort of Dromoland Castle's Cocktail Bar or purchased from the hotel.
